Born and bred in Australia, GoGet is all about making life easier for folks who need a set of wheels without the hassle of owning a car. They came to us with a challenge: help them craft a brand story that would resonate with their customers and show that, despite their growth, they're still a community-focused, true-blue Aussie startup at heart.

The Objective:

GoGet wanted us to weave a tale that would tug at the heartstrings of their customers. They needed a brand story that would showcase their humble beginnings, their unwavering commitment to the community, and their genuine Aussie spirit. On top of that, they tasked us with whipping up some punchy taglines and extra brand copy for A/B testing on various parts of their website.

The Approach: Driving Community Connection.

To kick things off, we sat down with the GoGet crew and really got to know what makes them tick. We wanted to uncover the soul of their brand – the passion, the values and the mission that drove them to start this car-sharing revolution. We dove into their origin story, from their early days as a tiny startup to the thriving, community-driven business they are today.

Next up, we tackled the taglines. We wanted to create something memorable, snappy, and oh-so-Aussie. After bouncing around ideas and playing with words, we landed on a few winners that the team could A/B test on their site and in their marketing materials.

4. Website Copy That Wows:

Finally, we whipped up some sizzling website copy that would make GoGet's site a joy to explore. We injected their brand voice into every word, crafting copy that was friendly, informative and sprinkled with a healthy dose of Aussie humour. From the homepage to the FAQ section, we made sure that every part of the site reflected GoGet's unique personality and commitment to their customers.

The Result

The new brand story and website copy were a smash hit! The A/B testing results showed that the new copy was really resonating with people and GoGet saw a significant uptick in customer engagement and sign-ups.
